2. Are senior citizens, children, and pregnant women allowed at the resort?

As of February 25, 2022, guests of all ages, including infants, children, and senior citizens, are allowed at the resort.

3. Can we bring our pets to Punta Verde Resort?

Effective July 1, 2021, pets are no longer allowed in Punta Verde Resort.
Management has arrived at this difficult decision due to security, safety, cleanliness, and property-damage concerns.

4. is there wi-fi at the resort? How is the cellular signal at the resort?

No, there is no wi-fi at the resort. Cellular signal and mobile data are a bit unstable as well.
We do not recommend a “workation” or distance learning set-up.

5. How do we make a reservation?

For reservations, you may click on the Reservation section of our website or the button.
You may also check the rates and availability there.

An email will automatically be sent to your email address after booking. Instructions on how to make the required 50% downpayment will be contained in that email. Downpayment may be done via over-the-counter bank deposit or online bank transfer (recommended and advised given the current pandemic situation.

For transactions made at the resort, please be advised that we currently only accept cash (no credit card payment)

For big groups (20 pax and more), kindly email us at puntaverderesorts@gmail.com since we require a request for a formal quotation.

6. What is included in the rate?

Published rates are for accommodations and breakfast (note: Day Tour and Camping do not include breakfast).
This includes use of our facilities (i.e. infinity pools, public areas, museum, beach).
Use of other amenities such as kayak rental have fees.

Kindly note that published rates are not inclusive yet of mandatory 12% VAT. This will be shown in the final computation.

7. How about food?

Breakfast is included in our quoted rates (overnight accommodations only; Day Tour does not include free breakfast).

Guests are strictly prohibited from bringing in cooked food or cooking at the resort. There is a restaurant at the resort. We encourage our guests to order in advance. For the menu, you may view it here: Punta Verde Resort - Menu

Snacks (e.g. chips, cookies) and beverages (including liquor), on the other hand, are allowed to be brought in, corkage-free.

8. Is there an entrance fee?

No, there is no entrance fee for overnight guests.

For day tour guests, the rate is Php1,250.00/person and may use only the public areas of the resort from 9am-6pm.
No room and food included in the day tour fee.

9. What is the standard check-in and check-out time?

Standard check-in time is 3pm and standard check-out time is 12pm.
We allow early check-in if room is vacant and has been properly sanitized upon arrival.

Please inform us if you will be checking-in late.

10. Is there a discount for senior citizens and PWD?

Yes, Punta Verde Resort honors discounts for senior citizens and PWDs.
All discount computations will be done at the resort.

11. Is smoking allowed at the resort?

Smoking is strictly prohibited in the shared public areas. There is a designated smoking area at the resort.
