1. How do we make a reservation?
For reservations, you may click on the Reserve Now section of our website.
You may also check the rates and availability there.
An email will automatically be sent to your email address after booking. Instructions on how to make the required 50% downpayment will be contained in that email.
For big groups (20 pax and more), you may email us at firstname.lastname@example.org since we require a request for a formal quotation.
2. What is included in the rate?
Published rates are for accommodations and breakfast (note: Day Tour doesn't include breakfast).
This includes use of our facilities (i.e. swimming pool, public areas, museum, beach).
Use of other amenities such as the kayak and the billiards have minimal fees.
3. How about food?
Breakfast is included in our quoted rates (overnight accommodations only; day tour not included).
Due to recent changes in resort policy, we do not allow guests to bring in cooked food or to use our kitchen.
We do, however, have a restaurant at the resort. We encourage our guests to order in advance.
Upgrading to our full board meal package includes additional lunch and dinner at Php700.00/person per night. (**prices subject to change without prior notice**)
4. Is there an entrance fee?
No, there is no entrance fee for overnight guests.
For daytour guests, the rate is Php750.00/person (Friday-Sunday) and Php500.00/person (Monday-Thursday), and may use only the public areas of the resort from 9am-6pm.
5. What is the standard check-in and check-out time?
Standard check-in time is 2pm and standard check-out time is 12nn.
Kindly inform us if you will be checking-in late.
6. Is there a discount for senior citizens and PWD?
Yes, there is.
The 20% senior citizen and PWD discount may only be applied to food and beverages.
7. Do you provide transportation?
Yes, we do.
For those taking public transportation, simply follow our commuting directions.
We provide transfers from Lobo town proper at Php250.00/head (round-trip) since the jeepneys passing the route to the resort have irregular schedules.
We also provide round trip transfers from Manila.
Pick-up is at Shell Magallanes, and our van can accommodate up to 10pax, for Php7,500.00
